Poor Penn State
So I've found that law schools in the admissions process are a lot like guys at a party. Some of them give a wink and a smile to all the applicants but never actually talk with them, or give the applicants a reason to talk with them. The there are some schools which are way out of your league and they don't tend to go out of their way to talk to anyone yet there is a herd of people fawning around them, those are the Ivy League and the pseudo-ivys. There is the over-zealous clingy type which has a good reputation but you wouldn't know it by the way they act. I've had personal experience with this in regards to Penn State Law. There were at least 3 or 4 emails a week for various event all which were a substantial ways away from where I live, and one telling me they'd reimburse me for $300 worth of expenses if I came to visit (desperate much?). After ignoring them for a while, they call me on my cell phone super excited about us being a thing. I had to gently let them down, I was already committed to going out with Texas A&M. I already shelled out a deposit and started looking for a place nearby. They were so dejected to hear that and meekly told me if I "had a change of heart" to give them a call. So to Penn State, I'm sorry I hurt your tender feelings, but you're needy and literally cold (snow is gross). So forgive me for going with A&M who has given me my space, helped me when I've asked, and I can curl up next to warm at night. TL;DR Law school admissions are like guys
